2. I found an injured dog/cat. What can I do?: f you have found an animal that has been hit by a car or has a life-threatening injury, please call the Arizona Humane Society at 602-997-7585, Ext 2073. Or, if you live in Peoria, Surprise, El Mirage, Youngtown, Avondale, Mesa, Buckeye or Wickenburg, please call your local police department. Return to Animal Care & Control
