Teen Leadership Experience


 
May through August 2013
 
The Maricopa County Teen Leadership Experience Program (MCLE) is a no-charge, self-directed, self-paced program with experiences, activities, workshops and volunteer opportunities. Participants must be between the ages of 12-17 years old and reside in Maricopa County. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from selected activities.  

Following the end of the program participants will receive recognition from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors along with a certificate of completion.

Step 1
Sign up and attend a MCLE Orientation -- Click here to register online.
Step 2
Complete at least 2 activities in each:
Government, Community and Environment
View the catalog of experiences
 
Step 3
Provide a minimum of 10 hours of volunteer service
View the catalog of experiences pages 11-13.
Step 4
Participate in the Maricopa County Library District
