The mission of FSL is to improve the performance of Arizona’s housing stock by providing training, consulting and program development/administration in the residential energy sector.
FSL is a leader in home energy applications and operates the SouthWest Building Science Training Center, a regional resource for energy efficiency practices and building science expertise.
