Maricopa County Weatherization Program is helping low to moderate income home owners reduce energy use!
Weatherization not only benefits eligible homeowners but our entire community by reducing negative impacts on the environment and conserving natural resources. Some typical weatherization measures include: Installing energy efficient light bulbs, insulation and smoke alarms or repair or replace of water heaters, air conditioner and upgrading insulations.
The Maricopa County Community Services Division administers a Weatherization program for residents of Maricopa County, outside of the cities of Phoenix, Mesa.We do not serve residents of the cities of Phoenix, Mesa as those geographic areas have their own CAAs responsible for providing services to those communities.
Income Guidelines: Applicant/Household must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
If residents are interested in applying for the Weatherization program please contact the ESN Office and schedule an appointment. In order to submit an application the client would need to provide the following documents:

Photo Identification (Client Only)

Social Security Cards for (all household members)

Documentation of U.S. Citizenship (Client Only)

Home Ownership Documentation (Showing client as homeowner)

Documentation of household Income for 90 days prior to and including appointment date

Latest Utility Bills for Gas and Electrical usage of property
