Services provided by Maricopa County Workforce Connections are overseen by workforce investment boards; policy and oversight boards. MWC's Board is comprised of at least 51% private industry and not more than 49% public agency. The MWC Board aspires to be the countywide, self-sustaining partnership hub of employers, elected officials, industry professionals and organizations all dedicated to the development of a multi-skilled, highly motivated workforce that meets the growing needs of our every-changing community.
