Maricopa Workforce Connections provide a variety of services to the youth of Maricopa County. The services offered are aimed at helping youth continue too succeed in their educational pursuits, explore career options and opportunities, learn more about the county government, and become the Maricopa County leaders of tomorrow.
A Workforce Investment Act (WIA) funded program. This program is designed to assist low income, under-served youth gain the skills they need to become self-sufficient through education, employment, and leadership activities. If eligible, participants work with a Youth Career Guidance Specialist to create a personalized plan for a successful future.

Maricopa County Teen Leadership Experience (MCLE):
The MCLE summer program is a no-charge, self-directed, self-paced experience designed to introduce youth between the ages of 12-17 to careers in County government with activities, workshops and volunteer opportunities.
