Minor Permits

The Planning and Development Department will soon be experiencing an operational upgrade. For this reason, some systems will not be available over the weekend of March 24th, beginning at 5:00p.m., through Monday the 27th, 8:00 a.m.
The affected systems are:
 - Citizen Access which includes online submittals for building permits or public record requests, searches on properties or for public records and code violations, online inspection scheduling and permit processing information.
 - Phone Inspection Scheduler which enables an inspection to be scheduled or cancelled.
 - ProjectDox the online software.
Minor permits may be submitted online or in the office.
There are several types of Minor Permits each with a different level of review:

  1. Web Issued
  2. Non-Technical
  3. Technical / Standard Review

Web issued permits are fully automated, online permits.
